Inquiry About Planets And The Distance From Us And How Big They Are Angus And Archie

 For inquiry me and my buddy Angus have working on planets. We chose planets because they're very   interesting, and fun to study about and if we have to go to another planet we will know what to be careful   about. So far we have not heard of anything that is bad like creatures. Me and my buddy Angus were going to use Popsicle sticks to support the planets so they look like they are floating but they weren't strong enough so we have to use some scures 1 scure for the small planets, and 3 scures for the big planets.

Quick Right About a War Warrior

Once upon a time there was a man in the war this man was in the world war 1. 

This man was fighting for his country. His country is Germany he was fighting Brazil.

He was one of the only people fighting for his country. This man one the world war but he lost a lot of his partners and friends. So he grabbed one of his friends that was badly heart and went to the closest health facility, and there was no one there. so he had to do the work himself. He had no idea what to do but he tried for the sake of his friend he had to give his friend some tablets to make him go to sleep well he did the cleaning and healing. So it took him around 5 minutes but his friends heart was slowing down by the minute so he picked him up again lightly and quickly ran to the closest medic and he found it the very place he needed to heal him there were 5 doctors and 3 nursers helping to heal him he had a lot of injuries he had glass in him making him bleed and there was a gun shot in him so they tried there best to heal him and it took hours and hours then he woke up and he was perfectly fine.

Today the cool rise team came to our class to have fun with us and teach us stuff today we were with Elizabeth the librarian it was real fun today because we got to make our own controller that actually worked. Me and Riley make a Pokemon type of controller to test it out we tried playing pack man  on the mac books in the library. My high score was 2510 it wasn't to hard to get you just have to get used to it then it is easy peasy. So wonse  we were done we rit a blog post and that why i am righting right now.

Chocolate Earth

 

Today we got to make a chocolate marshmallow for inquiry. The reason we got to have a chocolate marshmallow is because we are studding space for  4 weeks. We had to compere what the chocolate marshmallow and the earth had in common the cracks on the chocolate marshmallow is the tectonic plates. the chocolate is the crust of the earth. The mantle is the marshmallow it self. The outer core is the colour on the M&M. And finally the M&M its self is the core of the earth.

 When we were learning about the layers of the earth We had to cut an egg in half to compere the egg to what the earth is the egg and the earth had something in common they both have 4 layers on them. And also thy are both spheres. And 3d shapes, the egg also had a crack in it so it looked like the techtoneck plates we have on the earth  techtonek plates are thing that run through country and we they rub together it creates a earthquake. The orange shell is the crust. The white part is the mantle.  The dark grey part is the outer core. And the oak is the core of the earth.

Reflection Of This Term

 The things i liked about this term is that we did lots of fun stuff like.

  Inquiry Dodge ball, cross country, Pacifica, and Bridle Path.  

These things i liked the most because it was really fun and i made new friends this term. 

Inquiry was a lot of fun because we were aloud to make it our selves. We also got to paint cut out cardboard and glue on all the bits and peaces. And at the end of of the hard work we created a really good musket in my opinion. It turned out pretty good.

I thing Dodge ball was the most fun this term because when i was a bit angry at the other opponents a go all out at them.

 Pasifica was fun because i could play tag with my friends and have fun with them. 

 Bridle Path was really fun because i tried my hardest at completing it. It was very fun i struggled but i kept on going because i wanted to experience what it was like when the Europeans  crossed over from lyttleton on nothing but stones and they had to carry lots of luggage with them. 

I ran my heart out at cross country because i wanted to come first but unfortunately i was going to fast and i went of track and came second or third. but its alright i will hopefully win next year. 

Monday Mashup With Nigel

 For Monday Mashup today we did dodge ball and gardening we started with gardening for 30 minutes. in  gardening we had to plant around 20 to 30 plants.Step 1.grab a plastic bag then grab some soil and place that in the plastic bag.Step 2.once you have put some dirt grab a plant and place it in neatly, after that you grab some more  dirt until you get to about 2 centre meters away from the top of the plastic bag.Step 3.place a  thin circle peace of plastic on top then add some stones then make sure is is flat then your done 

For dodge ball we played proper dodge ball  like 4 games, then we played a game of death match  dodge ball death match dodge ball is where when you get hit in the head no one go's and  if you catch the ball the person who through the ball doesn't  go down. when the person who hit you gets down you go up.

Monday Mashup - With Nigel

This morning i was with my teacher Nigel for Monday Mashup. At the start of Monday Mashup my group did dodge ball.We played real dodge ball and then we played the version death match when you  can hit the head and catch the ball and your not out.And then at the end of Monday Mashup we did gardening with Nigel for around 15 to 30 minutes...

My School Holidays!!

My Story About My Teachers Cats

 Once upon a time I was driving down to my sister`s house and when I arrived I saw the villain Pippa Lovesmit spying on agent Zia. Then agent Zia noticed the evil villain Pippa Lovesmit. So the villain Pippa Lovesmit grabed her lava gun and dissolved the sliding door and agent Zia flew to the dissolved door and with her super strength she threw her on the couch.

My Good Holiday

 I dint have a worst bit of my holiday

 The best bit of my holiday was going to sonny's birthday because i had friends there and it was at the timezone in Riccarton There was pink panther and bumper carts and all sorts of fun games.

 Also that i had a sleepover with my friends Jed and Angus we had chicken and salad for dinner at Angus's house we were jumping around and doing king of the hill on the bed Angus one because he is quite strong

Monday Mashup

 Today for Monday Mashup i was in the garden picking up the plastic plants and putting them by the  side of the garden they wore in.well we wore eating apples.after we eat are apples we had a little play on the playground and then got back to work.to more plants and then we finished.

In The Garden

I see a huge apple tree slowly moving it reminds me of when i take a bite out of an apple a green juicy apple.

Today in the garden we were digging up bad weeds until we came across poison weeds I had to touch it so I could put it in the bin so know one else could touch it. But my buddy Angus  found some as well and had to touch it. After we put the poison weeds in the rubbish we washed are hands  so we did not die.
